Our Gymnastics classes range in level from beginner through power-tumbling. We offer mats and low balance beam to all classes.
This 45 minute – 1 hour class begins with a total body warm-up which includes push-ups, sit-ups and laps. The remainder of the time is spent on skill development with each student that includes such basic techniques as rolls or cartwheels and walkovers, handsprings and tucks for the intermediate to advanced tumbler. This is a medium to high endurance class for tumblers of all levels.
